Shipping policy

Delivery

All Shipments are to the UK mainland ONLY.

For orders of standard Pedal Assist eBike placed before 14:00 on a working day, processing will be undertaken by the following working day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched on the next working day.

• E-Cruiza & Maxima delivery is anticipated within 2-5 working days.
  
• Navigata & Explora delivery is expected within 1 working day.
  

Should you opt for the Certified Throttle DVSA option, please allow 2-5 weeks for testing. Upon the completion of testing, these bicycles will be dispatched to you immediately.

Terminology Explained:

• Pedal Assist (throttle disabled) option provides power assistance up to 15.5 mph whilst pedalling, 
  
• Throttle DVSA Certified option provides power without pedalling up to 15.5mph. plus pedal assist.
  

 In a Nutshell:

All other non-bike orders (such as bike accessories) placed before 2 PM will be dispatched the same working day, such orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next working day. We dispatch all orders via Domestic courier. All available delivery options will be made optional upon online checkout.

You will be informed of your delivery timetable by the courier service once your contact details have been provided.

Coverage Limitation:

There are limitations to the service and coverage of some areas for next-day deliveries. The affected regions will have one of the following postcodes:

Postcodes not covered by the next-day delivery service are as follows, 

KA27-28, AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH4-41, PH49-50, BT, HS, IV41-49, IV51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE, IM.
